The service at this good budget hotel was exceptional. The staff was very caring, the room was spotless and nicely furnished. The location was unbeatable and exceptionally nice, to bring bags up a long slope, convenient to go everywhere. There was a superb bar on site.

The deluxe twin room was a nice size and well furnished with comfy bed, so that guests had essentials. An iron and ironing board, a coffee/tea maker, and a TV in the room were useful.

Fairly clean, good value hotel, the location was magnificent and perfect near a long slope, and the scenic river and beautiful historic, cobbled streets. A nice size and brand-new units with a splendid bathroom, a fridge and money-shower, and the staff were extremely helpful.

The hotel was beautifully decorated and great looking with affable people at all times. The food for breakfast was good. The location was particularly good there, close to all shops and restaurants. It was also so close to England, gardens very much in use at 10pm and the centre of town location.

The whole place was tidy and the staff were attentive and efficient. We booked standard double room, it had basic facilities you could ask for: an individual safe, a coffee/tea maker, and television. The location was absolutely perfect and nice for walking around High Street.

This nicely decorated and good looking hotel occupies a really nice building in the contemporary style. Make sure to get deluxe queen room with a separate shower, the hair dryer, comfy bed.
